Pitstaff’s shield - Best in Show (highest achieving Stafford to BOB level)

Number of BOB. If number of BOB’s are the same, the number of RBOB will be used. If the numbers are equal, the trophy will be shared.

Stafford bitch of the year

Number of BOB. If number of BOB’s are the same, the number of RBOB will be used. If the numbers are equal, the trophy will be shared.

Cravonmark shield - Supreme Stafford of the year (1^st Stafford Animal Talk)

According to Animal Talk 100 – 1^st Stafford

Westmax shield - Runner up supreme Stafford of the year (2^nd Stafford Animal Talk)

According to Animal Talk 100 – 2^st Stafford

Patrash Memorial Shield - Breeder of the Supreme Stafford

Breeder of the Supreme Stafford (See 2.)

Langenhoven Trophy - for stud dog of the year

Progeny win points for the Sire/Dam for obtaining:

·         CC / CH Class 1^st: 10 points

·         RCC: 5 points

·         BOB: 15 points

·         RBOB: 13 points

Only the one win counts and the higher level of win replaces the previous win so that the maximum that any dog/bitch can win for its Sire/Dam is 15 points per show.

Van Niekerk shield - Brood bitch of the year

Breeder of the year

Breeders accrue points as follows:

·        20 points for breeding a champion made up in the year.

·        10 points for breeding other CC/BOB winners in the year.

·        5 points for each dog which only wins a RCC/ Reserve BOB in the year.

Only one win counts and the higher level award replaces the previous award so that the maximum that any dog can accrue for the breeder is 20 points.

Copper trophy  - Puppy of the year

The dog with the highest number of best puppies. If number of BPs are the same, the number of CC and RCC will be used to determine the winner. If the numbers are equal, the trophy will be shared.

Best Opposite sex Puppy

The opposite sex puppy not receiving the “Puppy of the year Copper trophy” with the highest number of best puppies. If number of BP’s are the same, the number of CC and RCC will be used to determine the winner. If the numbers are equal, the trophy will be shared.

Daniel Copans Memorial Trophy – Gauteng Show Dog

Points are allocated as follows for identified Gauteng shows:

·                     BOB: 50

·                     RBOB: 40

·                     CC: 30

·                     RCC: 20

·                     Ch 1: 30

Only one win counts and the higher level of award replaces the previous award so that the maximum that any dog can accrue per show is 50 points.

Most wins showed as a veteran
