CALCULATION OF POINTS

  • The dog receive one point for every dog beaten by him/her (Points captured for places rewarded in the classes;) ;
  • A dog will receive points up to BOB;
  • The number Best Baby Puppy, Best Puppies, Best Junior, Best Veteran and Best SA Bred will only be counted if these achievements were awarded. Dogs will not receive additional points.
  • Best Baby Puppy & Neutered dogs don't add to the BOB points, because these classes are not include in the BOB or CC line-ups.

Example: 

  •  Champion Class: 7 dogs present, Class win will receive 6 points; second in the class 5 points, etc.
  •  Dog CC: Number of dogs present in the classes who stand in the CC line-up minus 1;
  • Dog RCC: Number of points received by the CC winner minus 1;
  •  BOB: Number of dogs present in the breed minus 1. The dogs not eligible for CC or BOB will not be added to the points of the BOB, e.g. baby puppies are exclude.
  •  RBOB: BOB points minus 1.

OUR OBJECTIVES

  1. To promote, encourage, foster and advance the breeding, well-being of and interest in the Staffordshire Bull Terrier breed of dogs; 
  2. To maintain observance of and adherence to the Breed Standards of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier breed of dogs as adopted from time to time by the Kennel Union of Southern Africa;  
  3. To organize and hold shows, match meetings, competitions in breed and other dog activities, including training for such activities recognized by the Kennel Union of Southern Africa;  
  4. To promote goodwill among all people interested in pure bred pedigree dogs as well as towards pure bred pedigree dogs and people interested in them.
